Already have a website but something isn't quite right? Maybe you need to make some changes, fix a problem, improve how it works on mobile, or simply work out what you should be doing with it. I can help.
You don't need to have built your website with me, and you don't need to know exactly what's wrong. Tell me what's happening and we can work out what needs doing.
Websites change over time.
Your business changes. Your services change. Technology changes. And sometimes a website that was fine a few years ago starts to feel a little dated or difficult to use.
I can help you make sensible improvements without automatically telling you that you need a completely new website.
That might mean fixing one small problem, making a few improvements, or taking a more thorough look at the site and suggesting what I'd prioritise.
Some of the things I can help with include:
Updating or adding website content
Fixing broken links, pages or features
Improving how your website works on mobile
Making navigation and page structure clearer
Improving page speed and performance
Making basic SEO improvements
Improving page titles, headings and content
Adding new pages or sections
Moving or rebuilding an existing website
Google Sites support and improvements
WordPress support and improvements
Helping you understand what your website actually needs
And if you're not sure what the problem is, that's fine too.
Sometimes the most useful thing I can do is take a look and explain what's going on in plain English.
That's no problem.
I work with existing websites as well as building new ones.
You might have built it yourself, had another designer create it, or inherited it when someone else stopped looking after it.
If you can give me access to the site, I'll take a look at what you're working with and tell you what I think.
And if it's already doing the job well, I'll tell you that too.
I won't recommend replacing something just for the sake of it.
I can help with both.
If you have a Google Sites website, I can make improvements, add content, tidy up the structure or help you get more from the platform.
If you're using WordPress, I can help with changes, improvements, troubleshooting, content, SEO and general website development.
If you're wondering whether you should move from one platform to another, I can help you weigh up the options too.
There isn't one platform that's right for every business.

Sometimes a website doesn't need rebuilding — it just needs some attention.
I can look at things such as your page titles, headings, content, internal links, structure and mobile experience, as well as how your website fits into your wider local search presence.
If you're trying to improve your visibility in Google, take a look at my SEO services.
Not every website project needs to become a big project.
You might just need a new page added, some text changed, a problem fixed or someone to spend an hour helping you work out what to do next.
That's fine.
If it's a small job, I'll treat it like a small job.
And if I think something is likely to take more work than expected, I'll explain why before you commit to anything.
One of the advantages of having someone look at your website who isn't trying to sell you a particular package is that you can get an honest opinion.
If your website is working well and you don't need to spend money changing it, I'll tell you.
If there's a straightforward improvement that would make a real difference, I'll explain that too.
The aim is to make your website work better for your business — not to give you another list of things to buy
You don't need to diagnose the problem before getting in touch. Tell me what you're trying to do, what's not working, or what you'd like to improve and I'll take a look and we'll work out what makes sense.
No hard sell. No obligation. Just straightforward advice.
If your website needs a bit of attention, get in touch.
Whether it's a quick fix, a few improvements or something more involved, I'm happy to have a chat and see how I can help.
