Regardless of your requirement, I'll find a high quality solution that meets your needs. Once I understand what it is you’re trying to achieve, I’ll be able to recommend the best approach for you (and your budget). Zero Hassle

Hosting, support & updates to keep your website ticking along - nothing for you to worry about

Your website is the digital storefront of your business. It needs to be easy to find and simple to use. My focus on clean design means you’ll get a solution that’s fast, elegant and timeless.

Your success and satisfaction is paramount

I like working with nice people who have interesting problems. If you want cheap and cheerful, then click here, because that’s not me. I prioritise customer service and aftercare over price - that’s why many of my clients have been with me for more than twelve years.

Most of my work comes via referral or personal recommendation. I maintain a limit on the number of active clients I serve to make sure I can provide the level of service I’d expect myself. If that’s your vibe too, drop me a line or read my reviews on Google. I have a backlog of work and if I can help you out I will. Drop me a line to get the ball rolling.

How I work

I focus on simple design, high performance and usability to get the result you want. My approach is collaborative, so you’re involved at every step. Here’s my proven 3 step process to developing client software solutions:

01. Discover

We have a good old fashioned chinwag so I can understand the problem you’re trying to solve. I want to understand your need, budget and expectation to figure if and how I can help. I’ll be objective and won’t try and sell you something you don’t need. (There may be a free solution you can do yourself - if there is I will point this out)

02. Develop

Once we’ve agreed the outcome you want I’ll start to develop the solution. This is an iterative process and you’re encouraged to input into the process. We won’t get it right first time but I find three or four cycles of build and review will get us to a solution that will work for you.

03. Deliver

Depending upon a few factors (like cost, functionality and your level of comfort with editing) I’ll recommend the best way to get your site live. I tend to avoid commercial site-builders (e.g., Duda and Wix) due to inherent limitations and clumsy developers, but rest assured I’ll find a cost effective way to launch your site and keep it there. I can even manage your website too if need be.

Want to work together?

I love a challenge!

I’ve worked in the tech and digital sector for over 25 years, architecting, designing, and writing software solutions, for local firms, governments and worldwide brands. I've worked in global consultancies and specialist technology houses; I know what works and what doesn’t (and why).

Even if you just want some free advice, hit me up and I’ll try and help if I can.

I’m as excited about your idea as you are.

If you think I can help with your project, please drop me a line. I’m always happy to have an obligation free chat and who knows, we both might learn something. If I'm too busy or there's a reason I don't think I can help, I'll be up front about it.

If you’re looking for a web designer in Whitley Bay, or some SEO expertise to improve your website, I’m your man.
