Tell me what you're trying to achieve, what you've got already and what you'd like to spend.

I'll listen first. Then, if there's a free or simpler solution that will do the job, I'll tell you.

Once we've agreed what you need, I'll get on with it.

You'll have the opportunity to review things as we go, so there shouldn't be any nasty surprises at the end.

I'll get everything ready, help you get it live and show you what you need to know.

And if you'd rather leave the ongoing updates to me, I can do that too.
